I'm not a vitamin taker because they leave me feeling sick. Since taking these I haven't felt that way. I like the fact that I can take them even though I'm not pregnant. I can still get the necessary vitamins and dietary supplement. I highly recommend this product ladies I will be purchasing more soon as well as some of the other products this company offers.
