The book has really came in handy for me. Running a business and not being able to afford classes to learn different techniques can become frustrating especially trying to teach yourself and find the right material. Clydebank provides great material and it is really easy to understand and comprehend. This book gave me a great explanation of Lean and Lean Six Sigma. It went in detail about the Six Sigma methods. I read the book in one day the same day I got it. I highly recommend the book as well as other books and material by Clydebank. I was sent this book in exchange for my honest review.
