I love using this as part of my skin care routine I use it morning and night. I have hot flashes so after using this on my face I feel so cool and refreshed it may be just me but I really do. I also see improvements in my skin. I do use other products in my skin care routine. Normally products would break me out easily since using this I haven't had that issue.
