I have always wanted to invest and have been interested in real estate. I had no clue where to start. Since leaving the corporate world and started working for myself I started doing research. I often got nowhere until I was given the opportunity to review this book. I have gained great knowledge and feel I'm now on the right track. The book was easy to read, follow and understand. I highly recommend this book to anyone just getting started or need more understanding.
