When I say stress relief I mean this is a stress relief. Between work and school I sometimes become overwhelmed. I pull out my coloring book and start coloring. It is so peaceful and really relives stress and built up tension. After I color a page or two I'm good to go. I recommend for any adult that needs to escape here and there just to relax and have some good clean fun. I was sent this product in exchange for my honest review.
