I was looking for a new exercise/workout routine. I wanted something different, but couldn't find what I was looking for I would get bored with the routines I would try often. I know I know the videos are for learning dances, but for a beginner the videos are great for exercising. Since using the videos I have not only learned dance moves, but I have also started my journey in becoming fit. I have even lost a few pounds by using the videos and changing my diet. The videos are also perfect for a wedding party to learn a new dance for a receptions. Or even a dance group wanting to learn new dances. I must  say the videos are plain fun.
