I have terrible knee pain and I started noticing once I was going up steps and stairs my knee would slip. That would make the pain in my knee even more painful and almost cause me to fall. I have a knee brace but sometimes it gets hot so I take it off. Since using the strap I'm noticing that my knee isn't slipping when I go up steps/stairs. I'm also noticing less pain in my knee. The pricing for the strap is very reasonable which is a plus. Now I can use this strap and not use the hot brace/sleeve all the time. I was sent this product in exchange for my honest review.
