Ladies this towel is a must have. I absolutely love mine. It has really came in handy especially when I have my own personal summers (hot flashes). The towel is also great for working out and hot days on the beach. I plan on really using mine this summer. Men you can use them also. The towel comes in another color. I can't believe I'm just now trying out and using the towel where has it been all this time I really needed it. The towel is reasonably priced and is well worth the price. I plan on getting more to have on hand. The cooling towel is easy to clean and ready for next use. Ladies I highly recommend this towel. I was sent the product in exchange for my honest review.
