I suffer back pain so I was happy once I was sent the brace. When I received it I opened the packaging it was nicely packaged. The brace was easy to get on it hooks by Velcro. The brace comes with detailed instructions on how to use as a back brace or a waist trainer. I have used it as both. The brace works great for back pain I will say this it does get hot. When I first put it on as a back brace within minutes it started getting warm and after I took it off I could still feel a warm sensation on my back. So if heat helps your back pain then this brace is for you. I have been waist training for years, and I must say this is one of the easiest waist trainers to get on. I haven't had it that long to see results from the waist trainer yet, but I plan to keep using to see. I was sent this product in exchange for my honest review.
