Foot & Ankle Sleeves w/ Massage Ball
I suffer with Plantar Fasciitis it is so painful. It flares up really bad at times. Last week I was outside walking in flip flops and stepped on a rock with the heel of my foot I was screaming in pain. I immediately went inside and put on the sleeve and began using the ball after awhile I could feel the pain decreasing in my heel. Normally when I have those painful flare ups it last for weeks but this time after using the foot sleeve and ball it only lasted a day or so. I must say it really helped. I was sent this product in exchange for my honest review.
